Hello, my name is Ewald Caspari. I live in Neuwied, Germany, at the river rhine near the 'Deutsche Eck' at Koblenz. I left my hometown since November 1957 only for holiday (and for shopping, because my wife likes shopping at Koblenz more than at Neuwied).

After school and an apprenticeship as electrician I studied electrical engineering at the Fachhochschule Koblenz (University of Applied Science). I'm working now for several years as Consultant for the world's best Enterprise Asset Management System ‚IBM Maximo’.

In my free time I hold an unpaid office in the New Apostolic Church (NAC) (I belong to the congregation Andernach).

My favorite waste of time (if I have some) is sitting in a quiet corner with a book (have you tried BookCrossing?) and a glas of Scotch Whisky with some jazz in the background (easy listening or Dixieland)  from my stereo.

Since several years I go sailing once a year together with some friends. You can find a lot of  pictures on my WindForFun page.

During the rest of the year I go bow shooting once a week. My favorite bow is a copy of  a german longbow from the 13th century.
